The reason why brushing ourï»¿ teeth is so vital is because of the food we eat, junk food, quick food…junk food >.>Kinda wierd to say…but cows have perfect teeth because they eat veggies and healthy stuff all day O.o, the same would apply to us if we ate healthier. Eat healthy and your teeth will be healthy. But still, it’s a excellent thought to brush your teeth.

It is a no brainer to someone who does not reflect. Reflect…Is junk food, dirty food? Can dirty food dirty our mouths? Then what is sterile food? Then what happens when incorporation takes place by saliva and stomach enzymes? Our mouths are not supposed to get ‘dirty’ from food because our mouth is designed toï»¿ deal with food…our mouth becomes infected by an imbalance of bacteria caused by overuse of foreign chemicals in toothpaste etc.

People often note on my teeth. I try to brush double a day. I also watch what I eat. No red meat or pork.ï»¿ mostly fish. I haven’t been to the doctor in 10 years. I haven’t had a problem with my mouth nor cavities in view of the fact that I was a small outcome. “If you take care of your body, your body will take care of you”.
